This MCC must be used by Merchants whose primary business is the sale of and/or any subsequent reloads of stored value cards/accounts (including Visa Prepaid Cards) occurring at non-financial institutions. This MCC is not applicable for use with Staged Digital Wallet Operators (SDWO).
